1. Letter of Intent, addressed to Dr. Maria Lourdes K. Otayza, R1HRDC Chairman;

2. Capsule Research Proposal (using the PCHRD Capsule Research Proposal Form);

3. Curriculum Vitae of lead proponent (Principal Investigator/Project Leader); and,

4. Endorsement of agency head or research director

The deadline for the submission of the capsule research proposal and other documentary requirements will be on or before March 31, 2023.

The R1HRDC-Research Management Committee will conduct the initial review and shortlisting of applications. Applications that do not qualify will be notified accordingly.
